Marina Park is a beautiful waterside park located in Ventura, CA. The park features a wide variety of amenities and activities, making it a great place to visit for the whole family. The park is situated on the Ventura Harbor and offers stunning views of the water. There are a number of walking and cycling paths, as well as a playground, picnic areas, and a gazebo. Marina Park is also home to a number of birds, including pelicans, ducks, and seagulls, which can often be seen around the harbor. Information can be found here.
There are two main beaches at Marina Park, West Beach, and East Beach. West Beach is the larger of the two and is a great spot for swimming, sunbathing, and surfing. East Beach is smaller and quieter, making it ideal for fishing, kayaking, and stand-up paddleboarding. There are a number of boat ramps at Marina Park, as well as a number of stalls where you can hire kayaks, paddleboards, and other water sports equipment. There is also a coffee shop and a bait & tackle shop located within the park. Marina Park is open daily from sunrise to sunset, and admission is free.
